In the role of Azure Data Engineer, you will design and implement technical solutions in diverse cloud projects using the latest industry technologies. You will utilize your expertise in databases, integrations, and data modeling to enhance the business development of our clients. You can influence your own job description based on your skills, strengths, and preferences.

You have a few years of experience with data solutions based on Databricks or Fabric in Azure and are familiar with SQL and Python (incl. PySpark). In addition to technical skills, we require experience in teamwork at the client interface and the ability to independently drive development work. We also value experience in the following: DevOps, Terraform/Bicep, DBT, Power BI, Open AI, MLOps, Snowflake.

The tasks of an Azure Data Engineer can vary by project, but your responsibilities may include:

• Designing and implementing data platforms in the Azure cloud
• Data integrations between SaaS, cloud, and on-premises solutions
• Designing and implementing analytics solutions in the Azure cloud
• Data modeling and handling metadata
• Ensuring data security in data processing
• Collaborating with clients and other stakeholders

Our office is located on Vuorikatu in the heart of Helsinki, with excellent transport connections. The work is done in a hybrid model, partly in the office and partly from a location of your choice.
