As part of our Power BI team, you will create innovative AI solutions in the analytics field and develop cutting-edge data analytics powered by cloud technology. Our team consist of approximately 150 experts and future talents. We are searching for an experienced Power BI Specialist ready to advance to the next stage of their career. In this role, you will combine technical expertise and business insight to deliver solutions that elevate our clients' data-driven decision-making to new heights.

Your Responsibilities:

• Design and implement modern data analytics solutions using Power BI

• Model and optimize data sources and data models to support our clients' business objectives

• Integrate Power BI solutions with Azure data and analytics services (e.g., Fabric, ADF, Synapse, and Machine Learning)

• Create impactful and informative reports and dashboards that guide client decision-making

• Act as an advisor and collaborator with clients and stakeholders, solving business challenges through analytics

Who We Are Looking For:

You have extensive experience with Power BI and a track record of delivering functional solutions that demonstrate your deep expertise. You know the tool’s technical and business capabilities inside and out.

We also value:

• Strong understanding of the Azure data ecosystem

• Experience with other analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Qlik) is a plus

• Ability to model complex data scenarios and optimize performance

• Excellent communication and consulting skills to translate business needs into technical solutions

• A desire to learn and stay up-to-date in the rapidly evolving field of data analytics

Please note that we require fluency in Finnish language in both written and verbal! Our office is located in the heart of Helsinki, on Vuorikatu, but remote work options provide the freedom to balance work and life.
