Delivery Lead/Manager

Job description

Cloud1 is a leading provider of data & integration services specializing in Azure cloud technologies. As a Delivery Lead/Manager, you are part of the DMO team responsible for Cloud1 service deliveries and development of the delivery model.


You will work closely with customer representatives, chief architects, and delivery team in providing continuous services and ongoing development to Cloud1's customers. You will be involved in internal development projects related to Cloud1's delivery methods and tool development.


Main Responsibilities

  • Oversee deliveries for your assigned accounts
  • Plan, coordinate, and monitor the delivery of continuous services, ongoing development, and project deliveries for your assigned accounts
  • Manage the scope of budgets, schedules, quality, and risks in deliveries to ensure customer expectations and requirements are met
  • Be responsible for the resourcing of your assigned accounts, ensuring suitable and sufficient resources are allocated to deliveries. Maintain resource forecasts and verify time entries
  • Communicate and collaborate effectively with customer product owners, steering groups, and internal and other stakeholders within the Cloud1 delivery team
  • Lead and facilitate delivery meetings such as kick-offs, reviews, retrospectives, and stakeholder meetings, producing clear reports and documentation on time
  • Train and support the delivery team in adhering to best practices, standards, and tools related to data and integration development, testing, deployment, and documentation
  • Identify and implement opportunities for service development, innovation, learning, feedback, and lessons learned with the DMO team and the broader Cloud1 team

Job requirements

Qualifications

  • A higher education degree or master's degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, or a related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in delivering IT services in roles such as Project Manager, Service Manager, or Scrum Master
  • At least 3 years of experience in leading and managing data and integration projects and services using agile and continuous delivery models
  • Strong knowledge and skills in data and integration architectures, including understanding data modeling, processing, quality assurance, and security
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills, with a customer-oriented and proactive attitude
  • Fluent in both Finnish and English (spoken & written)
