As a Senior Business Development Manager, you'll focus on what you do best – driving solution-oriented collaboration that delivers real value to our customers' business.

You’ll play a key role in unlocking new opportunities and growing existing client relationships together with your team. Acting as a trusted partner to our customers, you listen, identify needs, and help bring them to life through Cloud1’s Enterprise Intelligence solutions. You work closely with business leads and C-level decision-makers, guiding conversations smoothly between strategic vision and practical execution.

You're naturally entrepreneurial, goal-oriented and work independently, building long-term, meaningful partnerships with clients. This role gives you the freedom to make an impact, develop, and grow with Cloud1!

 

In this role, you will:

🔹 Take ownership of new business acquisition and the growth of existing accounts
🔹 Serve as a trusted advisor – understanding our customers’ business and building strong, trust-based relationships
🔹 Match customer needs with our solutions and drive the sales process to a successful close
🔹 Collaborate closely with our experts and leadership team, acting as a seamless link between the customer and our business

🎯 Several years of experience in B2B sales, ideally within consulting services and/or IT solutions
🎯 A self-driven and goal-oriented way of working – you focus on solutions and know how to build growth
🎯 Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with confidence in working with executive-level decision-makers
🎯 A proactive mindset, entrepreneurial spirit, and a genuine interest in helping customers develop their business
🎯 Fluent in both Finnish and English
